2. Services Description

Cornerstone Home and Solar provides the following home services in Central Florida:

  • Landscaping and lawn care
  • Pool cleaning and maintenance
  • Pressure washing
  • Water damage restoration
  • Solar panel installation

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our service area coverage.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and may be subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
  • Additional work discovered during service may require a revised quote
  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. Please note:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost
  • For emergency services (water restoration), we offer 24/7 response

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
  • Ensure safe access to the service area
  • Secure pets during service appointments
  • Notify us of any hazards or special conditions on your property
  • Make timely payments as agreed in your service contract

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service:

  • Solar Installation: 25-year panel warranty, 10-year workmanship warranty
  • Landscaping: 30-day plant replacement guarantee (with proper care)
  • Pressure Washing: Satisfaction guarantee on completed work
  • Pool Service: Re-service if issues arise within 7 days
  • Water Restoration: Work meets industry standards (IICRC guidelines)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Home and Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance and Licensing

Cornerstone Home and Solar maintains appropriate insurance coverage and operates in compliance with all applicable Florida state and local licensing requirements. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally:

  • Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in Orange County, Florida
  • Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration
  • Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
